Installation Process

  • Decontamination process
This preparation process involves a full decontamination of the vehicle, from the wheels and paintwork by a 3 bucket method, iron fallout removal, tar removal, followed by a clay bar to ensure smooth paintwork. Interior detailed, hoovered and brushed to ensure coating adhesion.

  • Machine Polishing Process (Optional - Highly Recommended)
We then offer a single stage machine polish to get the minor scratches out for a high gloss finish before the coating is applied and to remove any additional contamination that may have been embedded in the paintwork for a flawless installation.

  • Ceramic Coating Process
To prepare for the ceramic coating, we start by panel wiping the entire vehicle with isopropyl alcohol to ensure a clean surface for the coating. The coating is then applied in small 20cm x 20cm sections and buffed off. After the coating is completed, we then allow the vehicle to cure overnight for 12 hours. The ceramic coating will then fully cure after a week.
