These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of our website, services, and products provided by Vantom Automotive (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website, booking services, or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

We provide alloy wheel refurbishment and associated automotive cosmetic services, including but not limited to:

• Alloy wheel refurbishment and repainting
• Corrosion treatment
• Crack and buckle repair (where applicable)
• Powder coating and painted finishes
• Associated cosmetic enhancements

All services are carried out in accordance with industry standards and our internal quality control processes.


3. Bookings, Payments & Pricing

• All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Full payment or a deposit may be required prior to work commencing.
• Prices may vary depending on wheel condition upon inspection.
• Additional work identified during refurbishment will be quoted separately and must be approved before proceeding.

We reserve the right to refuse service if a wheel is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for refurbishment.


4. Inspection & Condition Disclosure

Customers are responsible for accurately disclosing known damage, corrosion, cracks, buckles, or prior repairs at the time of booking.

Failure to disclose known defects may result in revised pricing, delays, or refusal of service.


5. 95% OEM or Better Finish Policy

We aim to restore refurbished wheels to a minimum standard of 95% OEM appearance or better.

This means:

• Colour, finish, and gloss level will closely match the original manufacturer’s specification
• Minor cosmetic variances may occur due to age, wear, prior repairs, or original factory tolerances
• Refurbishment does not constitute factory re-manufacture

The following outcomes are not guaranteed under this policy:

• Absolute 100% factory replication
• Complete elimination of all historical imperfections
• Matching against heavily weathered, oxidised, or aged OEM wheels unless all wheels are refurbished
• Results on corroded wheels unless additional preparation and treatment costs are approved and paid for in advance

Assessment of whether the refurbished finish meets the 95% OEM standard is determined by us following professional inspection under normal lighting conditions, and our determination shall be final.


6. Corrosion Policy

Corrosion is a naturally occurring condition caused by environmental exposure, moisture ingress, road salt, and brake dust.

While we treat visible corrosion during refurbishment:

• Corrosion may reappear over time
• Internal or latent corrosion may not be visible prior to stripping
• Wheels with advanced corrosion may have reduced lifespan

We do not guarantee permanent prevention of corrosion.

Corrosion is not covered under warranty if it reoccurs due to:

• Environmental exposure
• Poor wheel maintenance
• Chemical damage
• Road salt or winter conditions
• Kerb impacts or tyre refitting damage


7. Structural Repairs Disclaimer

Crack and buckle repairs are performed to restore functionality but:

• Do not return the wheel to factory structural integrity
• Are not suitable for all wheels
• May reduce future wheel lifespan

We reserve the right to decline structural repairs where safety cannot be reasonably assured.


8. Tyres, TPMS & Removal Disclaimer

We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing tyre damage
• Age-related tyre failure
• TPMS sensor failure due to age or corrosion
• Damage caused by previously weakened components

Tyre removal and refitting is carried out with care but at the customer’s risk for aged or brittle components.


9. Collection, Delivery & Storage

• Vehicles and wheels must be collected within 48 hours of completion unless agreed otherwise
• Storage fees may apply thereafter
• We are not responsible for vehicles or wheels left beyond agreed collection times


10. Warranty

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Cosmetic workmanship is warranted for 3 months
• Warranty applies only to workmanship, not wear and tear
• Warranty is void if wheels are damaged after leaving our premises

Warranty excludes:

• Kerb damage
• Chemical exposure
• Pressure washer damage
• Improper cleaning products
• Track use


11. Cancellations & Refunds

• Bookings cancelledI’ming within 48 hours may incur charges
• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
• Custom colours or special finishes are non-refundable

Refunds are not provided for completed services that meet agreed standards.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
• Liability is limited to the value of the service provided
• Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence


13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, branding, and logos, is the property of Vantom Automotive and may not be reproduced without permission.


14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.


15. Amendments

10. Warranty (12 Months)

We provide a 12-month workmanship warranty on alloy wheel refurbishment services, effective from the date of completion.

This warranty covers:

• Defects in paint adhesion or coating failure directly attributable to our workmanship
• Premature peeling or lifting of coatings caused by application fault

The warranty does not cover:

• Kerb damage or impact damage
• Stone chips or road debris damage
• Corrosion caused by environmental exposure, road salt, or moisture ingress
• Chemical damage from acidic, alkaline, or inappropriate cleaning products
• Pressure washer damage or jet washing at close range
• Tyre fitting or removal damage carried out by third parties
• Track use, motorsport use, or abnormal driving conditions
• Normal wear and tear

The warranty applies only to the refurbished area and does not extend to tyres, TPMS sensors, valves, or surrounding vehicle components.

All warranty claims must be reported within the 12-month period and will be assessed following inspection.
