Shipping policy

Delivery policy

Dispatch times vary between products, from 1 to 10 days. The size of the order decides the delivery method used, so delivery times may vary between shipments. You should normally expect to receive your goods within 14 days of placing your order. If you would like more information about how your order will be shipped, please contact us.

Delivery within the UK is included.

For international deliveries, please contact us for a quote.

Faster delivery may be arranged on a case-by-case basis, and an additional delivery charge may apply to cover the cost.

For all enquiries about shipping, please contact us at info@vantomautomotive.com or on 0330 133 8719.

Returns policy

If there is a problem with your order, we're here to help.

We offer free returns on any product if your order is damaged or the wrong product. We offer exchanges if you have changed your mind about which product you would prefer, as long as the item is returned unopened and in its original packaging*. If the exchanged item is cheaper than the original item, a part-refund will be given. Postage is payable by the customer for items returned for exchange, although there is no re-delivery charge. Requests for these refunds and exchanges must be made within 14 days.

If you have a problem using the product or believe it is faulty, please contact us for help. Where the problem or fault lies with the product, we will replace it free of charge or offer a refund. If problems arise because of incorrect use or storage, we will offer advice to help you use the product correctly. Requests for fault-based refunds must be made within 30 days.

Requests for refunds and exchanges will normally be processed within two working days. If you return an item for any reason, please get free proof of posting, as lost items cannot be refunded or exchanged without it.

For a refund, exchange or any other question about returns, please email info@vantomautomotive.com with your order number and details of your request.

* Any sign of use will make the exchange invalid.
