You pay our normal prices for 8 repairs, but in small monthly payments, and your prices are locked for your term so they won't go up. If you only expect to need one or two repairs, paying per repair may suit you better.

You can use a repair once your payments so far cover our price for it, along with any repairs you've already used. If they don't yet, you top up the difference on the day (rounded up to whole monthly payments), and we skip that many of your next monthly payments. You never pay more than the total for your term. For example, on the 4-year powder coat plan, a refurb in month 2 means a £60 top-up, and your next 4 payments are skipped.

No. WheelCare+ is a prepaid repair membership: our own services at our normal prices, paid monthly. You can use your repairs whenever you want, whether or not a wheel has been damaged, at our workshop or through a VAT-registered repairer we've approved.

Yes. 4 years gives the lowest monthly payment. You can also choose 3 years or 2 years when you join, with the same 8 repairs, up to 4 a year, at a higher monthly payment, so your payments cover repairs sooner. Pick the term that matches how long you'll keep the car.

One repair is one service: a powder coat refurb, a diamond cut refurb, a buckle repair or a crack repair. If one wheel has a crack, a buckle and needs refurbishing, that's 3 repairs.

Up to 4 repairs in each year of your membership, and 8 in total over your term, from 30 days after joining. Use them whenever you want, one at a time or all at once. A wheel doesn't need to be damaged for you to use a repair. Unused repairs don't carry over into the next year.

Your first repair can be booked 30 days after you join, while we set up your membership. There's no wheel inspection to join, and you can use your repairs whatever condition your wheels are in.

We only repair a crack or buckle where it's safe to do so. If a wheel can't be safely repaired, we'll pay you our price for the repair it would have had towards a replacement wheel: £90 for a powder coat refurb, £144 for a diamond cut refurb, or £96 for a crack or buckle (£90 on the powder coat plan). This uses one of your repairs.

Refurbishments we do come with our 12-month warranty. Buckle and crack repairs don't carry a warranty, because a repaired wheel's strength depends on how it was damaged, but every one is pressure tested before it leaves us. If you use another repairer, any warranty on that work comes from them, under their own terms.

Special colours, shadow chrome, chrome and candy finishes are charged at our normal extra, at prices locked when you join. Tyres, replacement wheels (other than the contribution above) and wheels over 23" aren't included.

Your membership is locked to the car registration you join with, so it can't be moved to a different car or person. Repairs are only for the wheels on that vehicle. If you sell the car, you can keep paying or end your membership early.

You can cancel within 14 days of joining for a full refund, as long as no repair has been done. After that, you can end your membership early at any time, as long as your payments are up to date, with a £48 cancellation fee. No more monthly payments are taken, and payments you've already made aren't refunded.

At our workshop, Unit 3 Royle Park, Congleton CW12 1JJ, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6:30pm. Or anywhere in the UK, you can use any VAT-registered wheel repairer you like. Before any work starts, send us their written quote on WhatsApp. Once we've approved it, book the job in with them. We pay up to our own price for each repair, including VAT: £90 for a powder coat refurb, £144 for a diamond cut refurb, £96 for a buckle or crack (£90 on the powder coat plan). Anything above that is yours to pay. Work done without our approval first isn't included and we can't refund it.

Your membership doesn't renew automatically. Before it ends, we'll send you a renewal so you can carry on, or you can set up a new plan.
