Questions
Is this insurance?
No. Vantom Black is a prepaid repair membership. You pay a fixed monthly fee and we carry out up to 8 wheel repairs ourselves. There's no insurer, no excess and no claims process.
What counts as one repair?
One repair is one service: a powder coat refurb, a diamond cut refurb, a buckle repair or a crack repair. If one wheel has a crack, a buckle and needs refurbishing, that's 3 repairs.
How often can I use it?
One repair visit a month, from 30 days after joining. We'll do everything that visit needs, up to four repairs a year and 8 in total over the 2 years.
Can I use it straight away?
Repairs can be booked from 30 days after you join. After that, book a repair visit whenever you need one.
Are cracks always repairable?
We repair a crack only where it's safe to do so. If a wheel can't be saved, no repair is used up. Crack and buckle repairs don't carry a warranty, as a repaired wheel can be damaged again.
What isn't included?
Special colours, shadow chrome, chrome and candy finishes are charged at our normal extra, at prices locked when you join. Tyres, replacement wheels and wheels over 23" aren't included.
What if I change car?
Just let us know and your membership moves to your new car.
Can I cancel?
You can cancel within 14 days of joining for a full refund, as long as no repair has been done. After that, you can leave early by contacting us: there's a £48 exit fee, plus our normal price for any repairs you've used, less the monthly fees you've already paid.
Where are repairs done?
At our workshop, Unit 3 Royle Park, Congleton CW12 1JJ, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6:30pm.
What happens at the end?
Nothing renews automatically. Before your membership ends we'll invite you to renew and keep your locked-in price.
