Vantom Black Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the Vantom Black wheel membership. Please read them before you join. Last updated 30 October 2026.

Who we are. Vantom Black is provided by Vantom Automotive, Unit 3 Royle Park, Congleton CW12 1JJ. Contact: info@vantomautomotive.com or WhatsApp +44 7908 703110.
What it is. Vantom Black is a prepaid wheel repair membership. It is not an insurance policy. You pay a fixed monthly fee and in return we carry out up to 8 wheel repairs during your membership.
Fees. £29.99 a month for vehicles with powder coat (painted) wheels, or £39.99 a month for vehicles with diamond cut wheels. Your fee is fixed for the full term and will not rise.
Term. Your membership lasts 24 months from the start date. It is a fixed-term agreement and you agree to pay all 24 monthly payments, unless you cancel within the cooling-off period (clause 13) or end it early under clause 15.
Payment. Payments are taken automatically from your card. Your first payment is taken when you join online, then on the same date each month.
Repairs included. 8 repairs during the term. One repair means one service: a powder coat refurbishment, a diamond cut refurbishment, a buckle repair or a crack repair. You choose which. Each service counts separately, so a wheel that needs a crack repair, a buckle repair and a refurbishment uses 3 repairs.
Limits. One repair visit in any calendar month, at which we carry out all the repairs that visit needs, and no more than four repairs in any 12-month period. Unused repairs do not carry over beyond the end of the term.
Waiting period. Repairs can be booked from 30 days after your start date.
Condition at sign-up. Damage that happened before your start date is not included.
Crack repairs. We repair a crack only where we judge it safe. If a wheel cannot be safely repaired, no repair is used up. Crack and buckle repairs carry no warranty, because a repaired wheel can be damaged again.
What's not included. Special colours, shadow chrome, chrome and candy finishes, and work beyond 8 repairs, are charged at our prices on your start date for the whole of your term. Tyres, tyre fitting beyond the repair itself, replacement wheels and wheels over 23" are not included.
Where repairs happen. At our workshop, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6:30pm, by booking. Mobile repairs may be offered later at an additional call-out charge.
Cooling-off. You can cancel within 14 days of joining for a full refund, provided no repair has been carried out.
Missed payments. If a payment is missed, repairs pause until your account is up to date. Unpaid amounts remain due and we may use a collection agency or the small claims court to recover them.
Ending early. After the cooling-off period, if you want to end your membership early, contact us. You pay a £48 exit fee, plus our normal price for any repairs you've used, less the monthly fees you've already paid. No further monthly payments are due. If you haven't used any repairs, you pay the £48 exit fee only.
Changing car. Your membership is tied to the vehicle registration you give when you join. If you change car, tell us and we will move it to your new car. It cannot be transferred to another person.
Selling your car. If you sell your car and don't replace it, clause 15 applies.
Locked-in prices. Your monthly fee and our prices for any extra work are fixed at the rates on your start date for the full 24 months.
Renewal. Your membership does not renew automatically. Before it ends we will invite you to renew, and if you do, you keep your locked-in fee.
Guarantee. Refurbishments carry our standard 12-month guarantee.
Your rights. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
