WheelCare+ Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the WheelCare+ wheel membership from Vantom Automotive, on the 2-year, 3-year and 4-year plans. Please read them before you join. Last updated 1 November 2026.

Who we are. WheelCare+ is provided by Vantom Automotive, Unit 3 Royle Park, Congleton CW12 1JJ. Contact: info@vantomautomotive.com or WhatsApp +44 7908 703110.
What it is. WheelCare+ is a prepaid wheel repair membership. It is not an insurance policy. You pay a fixed monthly fee and in return we provide up to 8 wheel repairs during your membership, either in our own workshop or through a VAT-registered repairer whose quote we have approved (clause 12).
Fees. For vehicles with powder coat (painted) wheels: £30 a month on the 2-year plan, £20 a month on the 3-year plan, or £15 a month on the 4-year plan. For vehicles with diamond cut wheels: £48 a month on the 2-year plan, £32 a month on the 3-year plan, or £24 a month on the 4-year plan. The total over the term is the same on every plan: £720 for powder coat wheels or £1,152 for diamond cut wheels. Unless you end your membership early under clause 15, you pay this total whether or not you use your repairs, and you never pay more than it. Your fee is fixed for the full term and will not rise.
Term. Your membership lasts 24 months (2-year plan), 36 months (3-year plan) or 48 months (4-year plan) from the start date, depending on the plan you choose when you join. It is a fixed-term agreement and you agree to pay all the monthly payments for your term (payments we skip after a top-up under clause 7 count as paid), unless you cancel within the cooling-off period (clause 13) or end it early under clause 15. Your term cannot be changed once you have joined.
Payment. Payments are taken automatically from your card. Your first payment is taken when you join online, then on the same date each month.
Repairs included. 8 repairs during the term, on every plan. One repair means one service: a powder coat refurbishment, a diamond cut refurbishment, a buckle repair or a crack repair. You choose which. Each service counts separately, so a wheel that needs a crack repair, a buckle repair and a refurbishment uses 3 repairs.
Using your repairs. Once the set-up period has passed (clause 8), you can use up to 4 repairs in each year of your membership (each 12 months from your start date), whenever you need them, one at a time or several at once, up to 8 in total over your term. Repairs can be used for any included service, whether or not the wheel has been damaged. For example, you can use 4 refurbishments at once to refinish all four wheels in a new colour: any of our standard colours is included, and special colours, shadow chrome, chrome and candy finishes are charged as set out in clause 11. Repairs not used in a membership year do not carry over into the next year or beyond the end of the term.

Paying as you go. You can use a repair once your payments so far cover our price for it, along with any repairs you have already used. Our prices for this are £90 for a powder coat refurbishment, £144 for a diamond cut refurbishment and £96 for a buckle or crack repair (on the powder coat plan, £90 for any repair). If your payments so far do not cover a repair, you pay the difference when you book it (a top-up), rounded up to a whole number of your monthly payments. A top-up pays your next monthly payments in advance: we skip that many monthly payments, so the total you pay never goes above the total for your term. Any part of a top-up not needed for that repair counts towards your next one.
Set-up period. Your first repair can be booked from 30 days after your start date, while we set up your membership.
Wheel condition. You don't need to have your wheels inspected or photographed to join. Your repairs can be used whatever the condition of your wheels when you joined.
Wheels that cannot be repaired. A crack or buckle is repaired only where it is safe to do so. If a wheel cannot be safely repaired, we will pay you a contribution towards a replacement wheel equal to our price for the repair that would otherwise have been carried out: £90 for a powder coat refurbishment, £144 for a diamond cut refurbishment, or £96 for a crack or buckle repair (£90 on the powder coat plan, see clause 12). This uses one of your repairs, under the same rules as clause 7.
What's not included. Special colours, shadow chrome, chrome and candy finishes, and work beyond your included repairs, are charged at our prices on your start date for the whole of your term. Tyres, tyre fitting beyond the repair itself, replacement wheels (other than the contribution in clause 10) and wheels over 23" are not included.
Where repairs happen. You can use our workshop in Congleton (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6:30pm, by booking), or any VAT-registered wheel repairer in the UK. If you use another repairer: (a) before any work starts, send us their written quote showing the work needed on each wheel and their VAT number; (b) wait for our approval in writing (WhatsApp or email) before booking the work; (c) when the work is done, send us the repairer's VAT invoice. We pay the approved amount, up to our own price for that service (£90 for a powder coat refurbishment, £144 for a diamond cut refurbishment, £96 for a buckle or crack repair, all including VAT), either directly to the repairer or by refunding you against their VAT invoice. On the powder coat plan, the most we pay for any one repair, including a buckle or crack repair and any contribution under clause 10, is £90 including VAT; buckle and crack repairs carried out in our own workshop still use one repair each. Each service on the approved quote uses one of your repairs, under the same rules as clause 7. Anything above the approved amount or these limits, or work not on the approved quote, is for you to pay. Work carried out before we have approved the quote is not included and we will not refund it.
Cooling-off. You can cancel within 14 days of joining for a full refund, provided no repair has been carried out.
Missed payments. If a payment is missed, repairs pause until your account is up to date. Unpaid amounts may be recovered through a collection agency or the small claims court.
Ending early. After the cooling-off period, you can end your membership early at any time by contacting us, as long as your monthly payments are up to date. A £48 cancellation fee applies. No further monthly payments are taken after your membership ends, and payments you have already made are not refunded.
One vehicle only. Your membership is locked to the single vehicle registration you give when you join. Repairs are only provided for the wheels fitted to that vehicle. The membership cannot be moved to a different vehicle or registration, and it cannot be transferred to another person.
Selling or changing your car. If you sell, replace or stop using the registered vehicle, your membership does not move with you. You can keep paying until the end of the term (with no repairs available for another vehicle), or end it early under clause 15.
Locked-in prices. Your monthly fee and our prices for any extra work are fixed at the rates on your start date for your full term.
Renewal. Your membership does not renew automatically. Before it ends we will send you a renewal, or you can set up a new plan.
Warranty. Refurbishments (powder coat or diamond cut) carried out by Vantom Automotive come with our 12-month warranty from the date of the work, under our standard warranty terms. Buckle and crack repairs do not carry a warranty, because the strength of a repaired wheel depends on how it was damaged, but every one is pressure tested before it leaves us. Repairs carried out by another repairer (clause 12) are not covered by our warranty; any warranty on that work is provided by the repairer who carries it out, under that repairer's own terms. A contribution towards a replacement wheel (clause 10) carries no warranty from us.
Your rights. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
